Where to start…it’s fun buying a new vehicle and having to clean it yourself. The vehicle I purchased was filthy inside and out, with major smoke build up/burn holes. Not to mention finding a marijuana pipe in the driver door. I was promised these minor details would be taken care of the next week per my request. I was given the run around by my sales man for almost a month before I was able to get these minor things taken care of. Also, when I finally did get everything taken care of, I picked up my paper work and a temp tag that was only good for 5 days, not to mention the holiday weekend, so I pretty much had one day to pay sales tax and transfer plates. My salesman was apologetic, but it didn’t mean much at that point, after continuously having to reach out/bother about getting my vehicle taken care of. Not a smooth process what so ever! More

Not happy. Our salesman lied to us and knew nothing about our car. He told us to read the manual about the heated steering wheel which isn’t on the car.
