Good car deals and good trade in values 2/16/19 Traded my 2017 Sierra in for a base model impala. Received 31,500 for a truck with over 40,000 miles on it. Received approximately 2500 from dealership at their expense plus my gm options. Finance department went the extra mile to find lowest interest possible. Good people who work well as a team. We are not huge fans of the car buying game and had went through a different dealership for our other vehicle and it was a horrible experience. So we went on line found the vehicle we wanted at the price we liked. We called and asked them if they could have it ready for us. We live 10 minutes away and when we got there they had it ready for us. They also informed us of another option. Zach Neeley has by far been the best car salesman I have come across. We had a broken down vehicle to trade in so we took a test drive to our house. The entire drive he didn’t try to sell us the vehicle he just talked to us. No pressure just let us kind of tell him what we wanted. He took at look at the trade in took some pictures and we went back to the dealership. We knew we wanted the vehicle. So we started the buying process. I mentioned being hungry and Zach ran to the break room and heated us up some pizza so we could have something to hold us over. He quickly got everything ready despite the system giving him some problems. We actually laughed the whole time we were there. The staff was wonderful. The process went off without any problems and we left only 3 hours later with a beautiful new vehicle that we can safely drive our 3 daughters around in. You have restored our faith in the car buying process! We will be back soon to trade in our other vehicle as soon as we agree on what we want! Thank you to all of you who helped us today! Almost 100% service Good experience. Only problem that I had and still have.... I called in advance to make sure a specific car had ALL the features I wanted. Features Good experience. Only problem that I had and still have.... I called in advance to make sure a specific car had ALL the features I wanted. Features that I wanted and asked for included auto tailgate lift. I also asked for full itemized cost for the same vehicle. I got all features I wanted minus tailgate lift and the full price was not offered. Adjustment made in cost since I was given a misquoted amount but I was so tired that I forgot to address the tailgate lift issue. I still bought the car but every time I have to manually lift that tailgate I remember that one negative experience. Wish my salesperson had addressed that with his boss and wish I had remembered to bring it up. I live a full hour away from this dealership on a heavy traffic day. That was the reason for calling in advance. For that reason alone I cannot give them a perfect score. Other than the above they probably would have. God bless all! :-) More
