I explained that I wasn’t there to be bamboozled; And explained my financial situation in depth and that I was not intending to make a purchase this day but to gather information so that I can make a wise decision later in the future. He handpicked a salesman that could assist me the best in my situation. They were completely understanding and discussed, at length, my vehicular needs and desires, as well as options for financial planning to better prepare for a future purchase. I am definitely impressed with their professionalism and willingness to assist even when knowing there wasn’t going to be a sale. Will absolutely recommend them in the future. More

Good start I stopped in unannounced as I’m just beginning a search to replace our current vehicle, possibly within the next year. The salesman let me in and asked if he could help me with anything. I explained my possible interest, and he took me to his desk. I explained what I might be interested in, and after inputting the information, he got the keys to a vehicle. It was an unseasonably very cold day, but he didn’t hesitate to walk me to a vehicle fitting my description. He showed me around the vehicle, explained lol of the bells and whistles, and we went back in where we finished talking about financing. His manager came by to make sure I didn’t have more questions, and I was on my way—just right for my first inquiries. More

Worth the Drive I drove from Greenwood out to Champion. Of course, I passed numerous dealers on the way, but I am happy that I did. From initial contact through the I drove from Greenwood out to Champion. Of course, I passed numerous dealers on the way, but I am happy that I did. From initial contact through the internet with Stacy, the test drive, the nitty gritty with Zac, the negotiation of the price with Bill to the signing of papers with Shay I never once felt pressured to extend myself more than the price I had in my head. Everyone respected my time, my space and me personally. Stacy had everything arranged for me, so when I walked in, there was no waiting. Zac and I clicked right off the bat. I am sure I was a little difficult, but he handled me like a pro and never once took my stubbornness personal. Zac is one you will want to talk to! Bill was calm and worked hard to meet my demands when it came to my trade and financing. Shay was fast efficient and had a great sense of humor. All in all, I am sure happy I made the drive out to Champion, and I will do it again if the need arises for another truck. Although, if Chevy lasts as long as they claim to, I may not have to...no offense guys! More

Above and beyond I came to the dealership on a really hot and humid day where nobody wanted to be outside. I walked around a few trucks and was about to go back home w I came to the dealership on a really hot and humid day where nobody wanted to be outside. I walked around a few trucks and was about to go back home when my salesperson Zac seen me while out there taking pictures. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and positive. Without having the best credit in the world he remained positive that he could help. He made it easy and fun. Also the salesman that did our paperwork was great.
