Great experience! I originally had an appointment to see a 2015 Chevy Sonic with Jada but was running a little late and Andrea took over. She took me on a spin, and wh I originally had an appointment to see a 2015 Chevy Sonic with Jada but was running a little late and Andrea took over. She took me on a spin, and when we noticed the high beam switch wasn’t working properly, she scheduled it to be fixed right away. Now I’m on the road. The staff was very professional, and Andrea in particular went above and beyond the call of duty to be patient with me as I had brought my two year-old daughter along (and she was getting antsy, towards the end when we were wrapping things up). While I was wrapping paperwork up on my end, Andrea went on and distracted my daughter by taking her on a walk through the dealership and entertaining her with snacks, beverages, and toys! While I understood an older used car usually doesn’t yield a high commission, I observed she presented great enthusiasm throughout the entire process. I appreciated the courteous and prompt service. Definitely recommend Championship Chevrolet of Avon to anyone out there looking to get a great American car. More
