Best car sales experience I have ever had! Our main salesperson was Kadyn, who too exceptional care of us through the process. We had some unique questions and concerns regarding the purchase of a used Blazer EV that made for a complicated purchase process. I was incredibly impressed by how the entire sales team stepped in to assist with the nuances of the purchase. Dave, Bill, and Ryan Carlisle (District Manager of OnStar & Loyalty) worked together to get all concerns and hiccups ironed out of the process. Buying an EV can come with some initial challenges of technology, but Champion Chevy went above the call of duty to smooth the bumps. Kadyn was very polite, responsive, and attentive. I drove around their parking lot about Six or seven months ago. Was just looking, we were trying to make a decision on, what cars we liked. It was raining. We told him we were very undecided; He started explaining all the different cars, We sat in our car, as he continued to walk in the rain. We told him thank you for the help. When we were ready, we let him know. He stayed in contact. Last Friday 4/25/25 I went back into the dealership. I told him I was ready. I now have a beautiful, used trailblazer That I love. I asked a lot of questions, he answered each one of them, and if you didn’t have an answer, he went…. And got me the answer. The managers were great Bill Harrell, The financing went well. The young man that walked in the rain, And then eventually helped me get my Beautiful used car. KADYN LAY. I highly recommend him. More
