Went the extra mile! I had been looking at a used Crosstrek to buy for my daughter for graduation, and had scheduled a time to come see it. When I arrived a few days later I had been looking at a used Crosstrek to buy for my daughter for graduation, and had scheduled a time to come see it. When I arrived a few days later to test drive it, it was not on the lot. Through an internal mishap the car had been moved to another dealership by mistake. Not only did they get car back for me and work to get me a great deal on it, they took great care of my wife too and got her a great deal on a new car. He is professional, knowledgeable, always willing to work with my schedule and goes the extra mile to make sure that my car buying experiences have been comfortable and easy. Each purchase I've made, Al was willing to take as much time with me as I needed to ask questions about the vehicles, test drive and go over the owner's manual. I extremely appreciate his patience and laid-back approach. I recently bought a 2020 Forester Sport, trading in my 2013 Forester. I was extremely pleased with the trade-in offer and the added incentives and deals offered to me when purchasing. About three days after I purchased my new vehicle, Al gave me a call to check on the vehicle and to see how I was enjoying it. Something like that says it all when making a decision/purchase of this size. Al also ALWAYS asks about my family - it truly is a pleasant experience working with him. Nathan Hudson was very helpful through the process. He offered his time and made sure I got the vehicle I wanted, even though it wasn't at the Huntsville location. Also... he hooked up my dogs with some awesome Subaru dog toys... can't say those are doing as well as my new Subaru... but it was extremely thoughtful and appreciated. Bill Ladd helped me in Finance. He was extremely pleasant and took his time, as well as Al and Nathan, to answer any questions I had and review additional packages and promotions that I could purchase. He even put together a packet of the paperwork I needed to transfer my car tag/registration, SUPER helpful! I know that Al, Nathan, Bill and the Landers McLarty Subaru Team do everything for their customers' satisfaction because they believe in the product they're selling - a true testament to that is the amount of customers that continue to return.
