With a little leg work, Brian convinced us to make the drive from Tennessee. When we arrived, Jada had cleaned the vehicle and pulled it up front for us. They stayed late understanding the long drive we had. Brian gave us the numbers we had agreed to, no hidden fees. Bill was quick and efficient in finance with no high pressure sales tactics. We just bought our third Subaru from Landers McLarty Subaru in Huntsville AL. As always, it was a very positive experience. From the moment we were greeted by a lovely young woman who’s name I didn’t get-who asked if we were comfortable coming inside, or would prefer the Social Distancing tent they had set up in the lot - we were treated with care and consideration. I am a lung cancer survivor and am very protective of my health. Jodie Klie met us wearing gloves and a mask and offered us each a set. We accepted. Al, our sales person, was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He wore protective gear and took care of all the paperwork and gave us a thorough tour of our new vehicle. A very kind man. Bill did our financing. He had wiped everything in his office, from the chairs to the desk, the pens and magnetic pad down with Clorox wipes. He was gracious and friendly and had us in and out quickly. Brian Klie met us outside to thank us and share some of his knowledge about our new vehicle. We drove off in our beautiful new Subaru amidst wishes for safety and good health and waves from the staff. Lest I forget, there was the most delicious swag bag from Yetta that was a delightful surprise full of brand goodies which we will enjoy daily. My thanks to all of the wonderful people at Landers McClarty Subaru. You made this uncertain time so much brighter for us. This is why we keep coming back! More

He, nor anyone else, acted pushy and didn't use any salesy tactics to get me to agree to anything I didn't want. In addition to that, my girlfriend came with and me and she was also treated with respect and included in the process. I've been to a lot of places where the salespeople focus on "the guy" and ignore "the girl" like she has no say. Happy to say no one was like that here at all. Thanks for a great buying experience!
