He is professional, knowledgeable, always willing to work with my schedule and goes the extra mile to make sure that my car buying experiences have been comfortable and easy. Each purchase I've made, Al was willing to take as much time with me as I needed to ask questions about the vehicles, test drive and go over the owner's manual. I extremely appreciate his patience and laid-back approach. I recently bought a 2020 Forester Sport, trading in my 2013 Forester. I was extremely pleased with the trade-in offer and the added incentives and deals offered to me when purchasing. About three days after I purchased my new vehicle, Al gave me a call to check on the vehicle and to see how I was enjoying it. Something like that says it all when making a decision/purchase of this size. Al also ALWAYS asks about my family - it truly is a pleasant experience working with him. Nathan Hudson was very helpful through the process. He offered his time and made sure I got the vehicle I wanted, even though it wasn't at the Huntsville location. Also... he hooked up my dogs with some awesome Subaru dog toys... can't say those are doing as well as my new Subaru... but it was extremely thoughtful and appreciated. Bill Ladd helped me in Finance. He was extremely pleasant and took his time, as well as Al and Nathan, to answer any questions I had and review additional packages and promotions that I could purchase. He even put together a packet of the paperwork I needed to transfer my car tag/registration, SUPER helpful! I know that Al, Nathan, Bill and the Landers McLarty Subaru Team do everything for their customers' satisfaction because they believe in the product they're selling - a true testament to that is the amount of customers that continue to return. I am extremely thankful for everyone's time and effort with my most recent car buying experience. I highly recommend Landers McLarty! More

With a little leg work, Brian convinced us to make the drive from Tennessee. When we arrived, Jada had cleaned the vehicle and pulled it up front for us. They stayed late understanding the long drive we had. Brian gave us the numbers we had agreed to, no hidden fees. Bill was quick and efficient in finance with no high pressure sales tactics. The process was easy from start to finish. Will definitely recommend them. More

We just bought our third Subaru from Landers McLarty Subaru in Huntsville AL. As always, it was a very positive experience. From the moment we were greeted by a lovely young woman who’s name I didn’t get-who asked if we were comfortable coming inside, or would prefer the Social Distancing tent they had set up in the lot - we were treated with care and consideration. I am a lung cancer survivor and am very protective of my health. Jodie Klie met us wearing gloves and a mask and offered us each a set. We accepted. Al, our sales person, was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He wore protective gear and took care of all the paperwork and gave us a thorough tour of our new vehicle. A very kind man. Bill did our financing. He had wiped everything in his office, from the chairs to the desk, the pens and magnetic pad down with Clorox wipes. He was gracious and friendly and had us in and out quickly. Brian Klie met us outside to thank us and share some of his knowledge about our new vehicle. We drove off in our beautiful new Subaru amidst wishes for safety and good health and waves from the staff. Lest I forget, there was the most delicious swag bag from Yetta that was a delightful surprise full of brand goodies which we will enjoy daily. My thanks to all of the wonderful people at Landers McClarty Subaru. You made this uncertain time so much brighter for us. This is why we keep coming back! More

He, nor anyone else, acted pushy and didn't use any salesy tactics to get me to agree to anything I didn't want. In addition to that, my girlfriend came with and me and she was also treated with respect and included in the process. I've been to a lot of places where the salespeople focus on "the guy" and ignore "the girl" like she has no say. Happy to say no one was like that here at all. Thanks for a great buying experience!
