Excellent customer service! I hate buying a car and as a female, I do not always receive the best customer service. I like to do most of my car searching by using the internet an I hate buying a car and as a female, I do not always receive the best customer service. I like to do most of my car searching by using the internet and by emailing to and from the salesman. I always buy Subarus, so my decision was deciding whether to buy an Outback or Forrester and which dealership to use. Subaru holds it values, it does not depreciate as I drive the car off the lot. I have owned 10 Subarus and they always provide quality performance on the road. Many sales departments wanted to pressure sell and would only talk to me in person. McLarty Subaru respected my preference to start the negotiation through email. When I did go in to purchase my car, it was ready and so was the paperwork. I was able to quickly close the deal. No time during the process did I ever feel pressured. I received and paid exactly what was promised. Love the McLarty team and love my new Outback. More

Personal, warm, open, HONEST & FRIENDLY I purchased one car only to have it wrecked (not my fault) decided I wasn't going to make a new car payment on a wrecked devalued car. Repeat Business - Great Staff In March 2017, I purchased a new Legacy 2.5i Limited with the help from Jeremie Turner. This was my second Subura - my first being a Forester. I had such a good experience with that vehicle/dealership that I could not even think of going anywhere else. It was a great experience working with Jeremie - nice young man with a great attitude about life. I would highly recommend Jeremie to anyone looking to buy a Subaru. Please ask for him personally - he will greet you with a big smile & give you his undivided attention. Also, I would like to extend my thanks to Deonte Sutton, Nathan Hudson & Bill Ladd. Since I really wanted a Subaru Outback, Sarah impressed me right off with my test drive and in all aspects of the car purchase. She is a refreshing and much needed change in the car sales experience.
