I live in Chattanooga and prefer this dealership to others because they are courteous, have an excellent service department, and flat out the best deal on a new Subaru. Outback Purchase April 16th,2016 Our salesperson, Heidi, was new very personable and professional. She listened to our concerns and needs in order to find us the right car for us. The previous owner of the vehicle we purchased did not turn in all the keys for the vehicle, so we requested an additional key and were told that we could purchase one for $300 and make an appointment to bring the car back to have a key programed, we were quite surprised by this. We have never purchased a car that only had one key. We usually have our car serviced at a private repair shop, because the dealership does not offer discounts or incentives for car owners to return for services. Although the customer service was very good, the delivery of the vehicle was weak. The car was not cleaned well and we only received one key. We did not feel as though our purchase was appreciated and like we had been rushed away without closure. We are happy with our vehicle and did receive what we felt was a good deal on our purchase. We have bought cars from Landers McLarty before and were impressed with the free additional services and the personal customer service follow up we received. Overall, our car purchase was a good experience and we will recommend Landers McLarty Subaru to others. More
