My purchase started with an Internet inquiry thru Jamie Rolan who was very helpful and she scheduled me to meet one of their sales reps, Bill Larson. Bill is extremely knowledgable on the Ram 1500 trucks. Unlike the stereotypical car salesman, Bill was not fixated on making "the sale", rather he was concerned about understanding my needs in a truck and answering any questions concerning the vehicle. After ensuring all my questions were answered, we sat down to discuss a potential deal. Again unlike traditional car salesman, Bill was not pushy, nor did he leave me sitting in his office for a long period with line "let me take this to my sales manager". It was pleasant vehicle purchasing experience unlike anything I had previously encountered. While purchasing our new Ram 1500 we had a great experience with Bill Larson, probably one of the best car buying experiences I've had in over 40 years. More than that, it was a busy day so I was able to observe many other members of the dealership staff interacting with customers. They all were working hard. They were having fun. They were willing to help each other to make the day go smoother and keep customers happy. I feel we got a good deal and were treated well. Maybe the best way to put it is that at no time did I feel like I was buying a car from a "Car salesman." More
