Stay away from Bill Mitchell I went into lease a new Kia and dealt with a salesperson named Bill Mitchell. He could be the worst salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. After he told I went into lease a new Kia and dealt with a salesperson named Bill Mitchell. He could be the worst salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. After he told me a price he came back with the paperwork with a monthly payment of $200/month more then what we discussed. When I asked why it was so much more he responded with if you don’t want it I’ll sell it to someone else. I would strongly recommend not buying anything from Schaumburg Kia but if you choose to ask to deal with anyone but Bill Mitchell. More
