Misled multiple times Schaumburg Kia was an absolute nightmare. I am so frustrated and upset with this location due to being misled multiple times throughout the entire pro Schaumburg Kia was an absolute nightmare. I am so frustrated and upset with this location due to being misled multiple times throughout the entire process. I was originally quoted a certain price online and was told that the interest would be 0%. When I went into the dealership, I met with Bill. Long story short, Bill had no knowledge about the vehicle and tried telling me features that were in the car that were not accurate. He tried to tell me the price I got online was not right, and I would not get 0%. He finally came down with the price, but when I viewed the car, it was not the same car I inquired about online, and it did not have features he told me it would have. When I questioned this, he got extremely defensive and was very rude. When we told him we'd like to discuss the higher version, and we'd want to make it work in our price range. He leaned back in his chair, rubbed his hands together, and said "looks like we're done here". Bill was so unprofessional and I was so angry. I emailed Ricky and Tiffany, both in management and never got a response. I went to a different dealership and got the higher trim in the price I wanted. So I believe Bill was just lazy and did not want to budge with us. I would avoid this sales associate. More

When I bought my car I was promised a little issue with the brakes will be fixed when I come back but that never happened!!! I had to pay nearly $500 so brakes can be fixed and working!!!! I had a horrible experience with a salesman Bill Mitchell who was very rude , refused to show me used car inventory, spoke to me as a single mom female very condescending. When I found a used vehicle online who was very rude , refused to show me used car inventory, spoke to me as a single mom female very condescending. When I found a used vehicle online he reluctantly showed it to me I test drove it. I told him my last vehicle had experienced a bad oil leak and I smelled burning oil through the vents during the test drive. He assured me I didn't know what I was talking about so I had him pull up the Carfax service report and found an oil leak from the valve cover gasket just like my other car that was supposedly repaired, I returned next day with my daughter ,test drove it she smelled oil as well , I looked under the hood and could point out 3 leaks, so I politely told the salesman I will pass on this car but before I could ask to see a few more cars , he yelled at both my daughter and I unfront of the GM Mr. Amin in the front of the showroom filled with people. I went 2 doors down and purchased a beautiful SUV in my budget range next day!! I was treated with No respect, and embarrassed in front of others. Horrible treatment!!Also he had my credit hard pulled 15 times that I now have to dispute to remove from my credit report trying to get bank approvals when I never chose a car to purchase and was never given a purchase price either!! I just text drove 1 vehicle!!He had me sign to "view" my credit score which I came in with , not to apply for a loan with banks when I never chose a car to buy. More
