When ever I need service he's the reason I don't hesitate to make the trip back to Clarendon Hills dealership. He'll make sure the staff will take good care of us. We had a issue with our QX60. He and the used car manager explained clearly how to solve the problem and made recommendations. They went out of there way to make me comfortable and even offer a carwash. Thats why its "Worth The Trip" for great service. "I'LL BE BACK" LOL More

Everyone who we were in contact with was wonderful. When I arrived to put down a deposit a few days before we were scheduled to complete the purchase, they couldn't locate the car immediately, so Bill offered to bring it to my work the next day so that I could see it in person. On the purchase date, we were able to submit all credit info online ahead of time, so that upon arrival, there was little downtime. We were in and out relatively quickly, and we were very pleased with the overall experience. Bill went above and beyond - when I arrived, my car had a bow on it, a personalized note, and an actual red carpet by it - this made everything even more special, and I appreciated the personalized touches. Bill, along with the management team, worked hard, and quickly, to get us to the price we wanted to be at. I appreciate the fact that they didn't waste our time and were honest and up-front about everything. I would 100% recommend Bill and Paul and Infiniti CH to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle. Gary was also a great help in initiating the process. I am so happy with my car, and with the level of service we received. More

Gary called me back in 10 minutes to let me know that the cars were on the lot and available. My wife and I drove to the dealership and met Gary. He introduced us to Bill Mullarkey as our salesman. Bill was very patient with us and answered all of our questions on two test drives. We ended up buying one of the cars that afternoon.
