I stopped by to look at Bill Malarkey was amazing!!! The entire car buying process at INFINITI CLARENDON HILLS could not have been an easier process. I stopped by to look at the 2014 INFINITI QX60 and expected to be jumped on by sales people. That was not the case. Bill guided me through the entire process with zero pushing or pressure. I would have bought a car much sooner if I knew it was going to be such an easy experience. I will definitely be recommending my family and friends to this dealership! More

Within a few minutes of the meeting we saw him a very trustworthy person, honest and straight forward guy with good customer service initiatives. We drove off the Vehicle the same evening.
