This visit I also had my vehicle detailed. They did a great job, I am pleased. I have one area that has been a problem and this is a GMC problem, not the service area. The trim on my seats is faulty and GMC apparently has not been able to correct the problem. It has been replaced and the same thing happens. It comes apart. One last note, when I call to speak to my service writer, I would like to be able to reach him without going through a screening. More
