Bill Murdock took very good care of my automotive service. The service experience is smooth and the customer lounge is very up to date and comfortable. Service I bought my Acadia new from Orange Buick. I only use them for service on my Acadia. I trust my service writer, Bill Murdock. If he recommends work, I bought my Acadia new from Orange Buick. I only use them for service on my Acadia. I trust my service writer, Bill Murdock. If he recommends work, I know it is needed. He is very professional and cares about his customers. This visit I also had my vehicle detailed. They did a great job, I am pleased. I have one area that has been a problem and this is a GMC problem, not the service area. The trim on my seats is faulty and GMC apparently has not been able to correct the problem. It has been replaced and the same thing happens. It comes apart. One last note, when I call to speak to my service writer, I would like to be able to reach him without going through a screening. More

Working with Andre Fredrick was a great experience and I would recommend that anyone visiting Orange Buick GMC in Orlando, FL looking to purchase a new car ask for Andre. He is very personable and friendly and only needs to know what you want. Very definitelyt not the stereotypical car salesman.
