Best Customer Service EVER I decided last fall that I was going to by an 2013 or newer MKS. Since then, I've been diligently monitoring all ad for Certified Lincoln and eventual I decided last fall that I was going to by an 2013 or newer MKS. Since then, I've been diligently monitoring all ad for Certified Lincoln and eventually the timing and the car I wanted were good so I proceeded with the purchase. I purchased a 2013 MKS Ecoboost. Since it was close to the end of the month, on good faith, I agreed that we could finalize the sale and that they would take care of any problems with the car in the following week. I was a bit nervous, but my Wife has had very good experience with Herb Chambers in the past, so I excepted the risk. I took the car home. Someone decided to KEY my car!! My Wife suggested that Herb Chambers would take care of me...so, even though I didn't expect anything and didn't hold them accountable in any way I mentioned it to my sales person, BILL OWEN (GREAT GUY!!!). Bill told me he'd see what they could do. They picked the car up, left me with a nice Lincoln crossover to drive, and 10 days later...well....the only difference between my car and a new car with 0 miles...is that my car has miles on it...otherwise, this car is PERFECT. Bill took the time to see that my car received the best treatment possible. He even inspected the car himself and found cosmetic issues that I missed, and had them repaired. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A LINCOLN, YOU WOULD BE CRAZY NOT TO AT LEAST VISIT HERB CHAMBERS LINCOLN!!!! Absolutely, the BEST service I've ever received...from ANY business!!! More
