Peter saved us from buying a used "problem vehicle" and my wife leased her first MKc and 2 years later, leased her 2nd with Bill Owen which was just in for an oil change and wheel repairs. Greg is our service advisor, arranged alternate vehicle for our use and we picked up the 2017 MKc yesterday as promised with all work done at a very reasonable price. I also have received superior service advice and information from Danielle Barnett, the service manager on my previous MKZ. I am a frequent visitor to this dealership with my 2 leased MKZ's but the most recent lease - a 2018 Black Label has been the best yet. I walked in the door, always warmly greated by Julie Farretta, wondering why the Black Label model was not being offered in 2019 model year. There was Danny Jordan indicating they had the one in stock that was exactly what I was looking for. Peter & Danny worked out a great lease exchange for me and I drove the car away the next day. This Black Label is a beautiful vehicle with a luxurious interior and I love driving it. I basically came in knowing what car I was interested in, since it was on their website. He made the buying purchase extremely easy. The other gentleman I dealt with, who was also very nice to work with, was Jim Lewis the business manager. He got me my financing at a good rate. I can honestly say that this was one of the best automobile buying experiences I have ever had. Do not hesitate to buy a car from this dealership, and ask for Bill Owen as your salesman. He is terrific! I would also just like to mention that it seems all of the Herb Chambers staff member at all their dealerships are the same way. One of my son's buys his BMW's from their BMW dealership in Boston, and my other son just purchased two 2017 CRV's from his Honda dealership in Westborough, and they both had great experiences with those dealerships and staff. Went from a 2012 to a 2013 new body style mkz on an early bird turn in with lower monthly payments. My third lease was a mkc on Special order which takes the better part of two months. A vehicle with the same options came in and the customer changed their mind. Received a call from Bill Owen and was in the car by the end of week. Only one and a half years into a three year lease and was able to upgrade to a better mkc for a lower monthly payment again. Bill Owen is excellent to work with before during and after the deal. More

My husband and I both ended up buying a 2016 Lincoln MKC cars from Bill Owen. I bought a gorgeous red color and my husband a stunning silver. We were given very fair trades on our current own vehicles. They are very professional and knowledgable at this dealership. Bill is great at his job and has a great memory he remembered my husband from years past when he came in with his son looking at cars. We felt very relaxed and was not pressured by Bill at all. Bill took the time staying late one night to go over all the technology of the car with me. Since the purchase he has followed up to make sure everything is going well.
