Customer care rep literally STOLE $2500 FROM ME Kevin Sharpe will do nothing to fix it Hello my name is Andrea Andrews, I'm hoping you guys can help me get some answers from sharpest rides. Let me tell Sharpe will do nothing to fix it Hello my name is Andrea Andrews, I'm hoping you guys can help me get some answers from sharpest rides. Let me tell you the short version as I am sure you are very busy. I purchased a vehicle in Feb. 23 from the sharpest rides. Less than a week later I realized my transmission was going out along with very important pieces of the undercarriage such as the stabilizer bar, the brakes, there were huge holes showing up one near the gas tank that you could probably stick a grapefruit thru and the list continues. So, I took the vehicle back to SR (sharpest rides for short), where I was introduced to the customer care representative Terri Martinez. He drove the car that day and said pretty much it was fine and I need to stop worrying. He also said that I would look much better in a Mercedes and if he would get me one at the dealer actions. All I needed to do was stop making my payments on the vehicle I had just bought and give him $2,500 i finally did agree to give him. I gave him the money that day on the property of SR. I didn't hear from him for 3 days after that. On the 4th day I had to call him and he gave me this story of it takes time. Ok I thought after all I never bought a auction car before maybe it did take time. Well....1 week then 2 weeks go by and nothing no car no nothing. He started to avoid me to get this shorter I got him to admit he had lost the money in black hawk gambling. He stole my money $2500. I became homeless over this for 2 months. He eventually started making payments but only 20 here and 500 there. This messed me up so bad. He signed a contract with his payments on it which he didn't follow he still owes me $300. The owner of sharpest rides refuses to help me in any way. I have tried to get him to give me my title or to finish the deal that Mr Martinez was supposed to do. Buy me a car from the auction and I would give mine back. I haven't made a car payment since June. I can't afford it. Which is why I agreed to the auction deal. Please help me. I went to buy my Family and myself a dependable vechicle that I could get my family around safely. Went in and spoke with Bill Peck and my wife and I was telling him how the last time we bought a vechicle i that I could get my family around safely. Went in and spoke with Bill Peck and my wife and I was telling him how the last time we bought a vechicle it the transmission went out on us a month later and he assured us that nothing like that would happen that they would take good care of us and then sold me a extended warranty so that after my warranty thru sharpest rides was up if something happen to the vechicle it would be covered so we bought the vechicle and on the test drive there was noises in the front end so they only put in the due bill that they would fix that. The next day on my way to work the BRAKES started grinding really bad and was metal to metal and bearly stopped the car so I had to park it, then the air conditioner stops working on the passenger side it only blows hot air in back seats and on passenger and cold on the driver, and the driver seat feels like its not bolted down all the way. So they scheduled me an appointment with there shop for a week later, so now they took my 5,000$ down and sold me a car that is sitting there with no brakes and when I take the car in it takes them over a week and they tell me that they will only fix what they put on the due bill and nothing else except brakes. And I asked about the 30 day warranty and it don’t help at all and my extended warranty won’t be available till after the 30 day warranty is up and they won’t fix it. So now I have a vehicle that my kids can not ride in because it blows completely hot air on them all the time and the driver seat moves back and forth as you press the gas and the brake ( I GUESS THEY DON’T SEE THAT AS A SAFETY PROBLEM OR THAT THEY MARKED THE BRAKES HAD OVER 75% ON THEM) So I WOULD NOT TELL ANYONE TO GO THERE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THERE CUSTOMERS LIKE BILL PECK SAID THEY DO AND SELLING CARS WITH NO BRAKES AND A SEAT THAT MOVES AND THAT BLOWS HOT AIR ON EVERYONE BUT THE DRIVER. When I test drove the car I couldn’t tell the passenger side was getting hot air blown on them cuz I was in the driver seat. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!!! More
