I noticed a crack in the rear door panel a week after I purchased the car and Scott Torres the service manager took pictures of it and submitted it to Ford under warranty work. Very pleased to say Ford is going to fix it free of charge. Very good experience at Jannell Ford with hopes of a good relationship for years to come. More

Other dealerships would first of all run your credit to see if you are worth their time before anything but the guys at Jannell ford believe everyone is worth spending time with and helping no matter your situation. Even if every bank rejects your loan application these guys would help you get approved in a very short amount of time. They even got me a very good rate despite my low credit score. The salesman Bill Pellagini was honest and very knowledgeable about the Ford Explorer that we were interested in. The usual back and forth between the salesman and the GM who is usually behind an unapproachable counter never happened. In fact just the opposite happened GM Bill Roderick was upfront and honest about the whole trade in and deal. We never haggled, it was amazing in under one hour we had come to an agreement and on our way to switch from Chevy to Ford, First time ever for me. Then when I picked the car up Andy Clark was able to synch my phone, and give me a quick tutorial on the electronics on the car which with me was a huge help getting me started. We are from Stoneham Ma, we have a Ford dealer in our town, and believe me the trip to Hanover was worth it. More

From Ed, manager, to the salesperson, Bill, all were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly with no pressure to "buy". As it happened, after test drives and info given by Bill, we decided to buy and buy new. We cannot say enough excellent things about our experience. It is a small enough place that the employees are not under pressure to sell, which is refreshing. They are willing to work with you. We would recommend Jannell Ford in Hanover to any of our friends, relations that are interested in buying another car. More

Bill Pellagrini assured me that if it was out there somewhere he and his team would find it. Sure enough, he was able to locate it, secure it, and get it delivered to Jannell in a couple of days. I was very impressed with the way Bill and the team at Jannell Ford operate and negotiate. I never felt pressured to make a deal that wasn't right for me. Right away, I was offered a good trade in value that matched what I had found on line for my vehicle and they were able to take the purchase price down a bit with rebates, incentives, etc...so, I never got the sense that I was being low-balled to see if I would bite on a bad deal, which is what I have seen at other dealerships. Kathy in Financing was great. She knows her stuff inside and out. She answers all your questions before you even have to ask. Plus, she can buzz you right thru the paperwork quickly but efficiently. So, overall, a great experience! More
