I came into the dealership knowing what vehicle I wanted to drive. However, after driving it I realized it wasn't what I was looking for. I had driven one at their sister facility in St Louis earlier in the to drive. However, after driving it I realized it wasn't what I was looking for. Without hesitation, Tyler left to go get the truck and I finished all of the paperwork while he was gone. He & I related on a law enforcement standpoint which absolutely made a difference in the way we interacted and made me feel that much more comfortable with the whole experience.
