Aaron was extremely knowledgeable about Subaru, he answered all my questions honestly and even made sure I knew about features I didn't know existed. The car buying process is stressful but the folks at Subaru of Kennesaw not only made it an easy process, they made me feel confident in my purchase choice ($40k in buyer's remorse would SUCK!). We are a family of 6 and my daughter will be 16 this year.... so get ready Aaron, we'll be back to Subaru soon 😉 More

My first experience with visiting a Subaru dealership. Subaru of Kennesaw dealership was clean, people were attentive and helpful, and felt very welcoming. Travis was a pleasure to work with, probably one of the most friendly, easy to deal with car salesman I have dealt with in many many years. I would recommend my friends working with Travis. Not to forget Bill‘s help in this transaction, we really appreciated Bill’s even temperament and willingness to explain the details of the finance and warranty and other business parts of the transaction. My car buying experience with Ralph Kurland and Bill Scarbrough was exceptional. To the extent that I've purchased 2 brand new Outbacks from them since 2019. Plus I brought my partner in to purchase a v Scarbrough was exceptional. To the extent that I've purchased 2 brand new Outbacks from them since 2019. Plus I brought my partner in to purchase a vehicle from them as well. Ralph is a true professional. He does not pressure and always keeps the customers interest in mind. I had a remarkable experience working with him and will continue to purchase vehicles from him. Thank you Ralph you rock! The service department on the other hand is a mess and is a nightmare to deal with. I will unfortunately have to write a negative review on the SERVICE department. My experiences so far since 2019 have been unacceptable. I will not take my vehicles here for service and I recommend you do not use this department either. Multiple times, I've had to bring my car back on several separate occasions for an issue that I identified, and was told it would be fixed and was not. I am disappointed with the customer service of the service department. Overall, I recommend this dealership for purchasing a new or used vehicle. Just don't bring it back for service. More

I bought my first Crosstrek form Ralph Kurland in December of 2020. On June 24, 2021 my beautiful car was hit and totaled. It wasn’t easy with the pandemic and lack of cars, but Ralph came through with flying colors and I couldn’t be happier. I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else for a car or buying one from anyone but Ralph. He is absolutely the best and I appreciate him more than he knows. More
