If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I have over five hours invested in it. I went to look at a Toyota RAV4. The sales representative brought the vehicle around for me to inspect. I pointed out several issues, and he said he would speak with his manager. When the manager came out, he was extremely arrogant and dismissive. He stated they would not replace a missing center cap on the wheel and would not pay for a second key. I clarified that I was simply asking whether a second key existed, as the sales representative had previously told me there was one. I informed the sales representative that I did not want to work with that manager. He then connected me with the manager, Bill, who was straightforward and easy to work with. We agreed on a price, and he committed to addressing the bodywork issues and the exhaust alignment. I let him know I was not in a rush and would be able to pick up the vehicle later in the week. A few days later, I was notified that the car was ready. I scheduled pickup for Friday at noon and requested photos of the completed work. I received photos of the bodywork and exhaust repairs. However, when I asked him for interior photos to confirm that stains on the headliner had been removed, he informed me the car had not yet been detailed. This was confusing, as I had been told the vehicle was ready. He said he would send updated photos before I left home, but those photos were never provided. When I arrived at the dealership, the agreed-upon items had still not been fully addressed. I waited another hour and a half for them to bring the car up to the agreed standard. I was told the extra key was in the glove box, but when I tested it, it did not work. I initially assumed the battery might be dead. When I got home I checked the battery and it was fine. The actual key in the fob didn’t unlock the door. This tells me they gave a key for the wrong car deliberately. They lied. Additionally, the fuel gauge indicated there were only two miles remaining before empty. The sales representative told us they do not put gas in used cars. Throughout this process, there was little to no empathy shown for the inconvenience and frustration this caused. In summary, Bill was the only competent and professional individual I dealt with. He was apologetic and did his best to address the situation. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disorganized, frustrating, and far below expectations. Needless to say, I will never buy a car from this place ever again. More
