Bad Dealership - Great Salesman.. BILL SHELTON talked to me on the phone and the car was as promised. We took a test drive and ready to buy. Then things went downhill. We waited 2 1/2 hours to sign the finance papers. When we arrived, there was one customer looking at cars. After our test drive, another customer had come in. I personally watched 4 customers THAT CAME IN AFTER US .being taken for finance. We had been pre-approved for credit.and papers were approved and ready, but we ad to wait for finance, who did nothing but try to sell us service plans etc. If that car was available ANYWHERE ELSE, WE WOULD HAVE LEFT. if not for Bill Shelton... . Once I told him my budget he never tried to sell me anything over it. I honestly feel like Bill would've treated me the same no matter what my budget was.
