Friendly, Hassle-Free, Professional Experience Bill was great to work with and Sybil was great about getting us information. We are from out of town and Bill gave us all the information we needed v Bill was great to work with and Sybil was great about getting us information. We are from out of town and Bill gave us all the information we needed via phone before we drove 90 minutes to the dealership. Even though our situation was complicated by circumstances outside the control of the dealership[, Bill was able to expedite the process for us. We are happy with our experience and will use Bill again soon. More

Honda Pilot Positive experience. Bill did a great job of highlighting the vehicles features. The sales deal was positive. I called ahead and they had the car I Positive experience. On this day great service was provider by one person On this day I was patiently waiting on my sales person to come. Several of the staff had asked me if I had been helped and I advised that I was waitin On this day I was patiently waiting on my sales person to come. Several of the staff had asked me if I had been helped and I advised that I was waiting on my salesperson Chris to come. The service desk had contacted him but he just blew me off stating that I needed to speak with someone else and he would eventually be there and for me to have a seat and wait. After waiting there for over an hour a very nice gentleman by the name of Mr William Shelton (who had asked several times if I needed anything) persistently asked what exactly Chris was suppose to do. I advised that when I purchased my car on Saturday that It was the end of the day and Chris had told me to come back and he would show me what I needed to know about my car and how to connect my phone. I also told him that Chris stated that if I had any trouble I could just read the manual. Mr. Shelton then advised me that he would be more than happy to show me everything I needed to know. Mr. Shelton walked me out to my car and not only showed me everything on my car he set all my settings to my liking and explained all my buttons. He never rushed but took his time. He gave me all of his attention and asked for nothing in return. I had no idea that good customer service was still out there, and now because of this one employees caring, patient and dedicated work ethic I will tell everyone I know and don't know to go to Columbia Honda. More

Very positive experience Just bought a brand new Honda Odyssey and though my wife really likes her new van the reason I am writing this is solely because of the positive exper Just bought a brand new Honda Odyssey and though my wife really likes her new van the reason I am writing this is solely because of the positive experience it was for me. My wife and I were referred specifically to Mr Bill Shelton to work with on getting us into a new van and I can see why. It became obvious very quickly that Bill was more interested in making sure we were comfortable with the decisions we were making than he was in making a sale. Totally felt like he was sincerely trying to help us first and foremost. Bill possessed an extremely thorough understanding of features of the van we were looking at and was very patient in showing how the features functioned. Additionally he personally walked us through the entire service department and introduced us personally to the service department manager, and a service writer and technician that we could request to work with when we bring our van in for routine service. There was no pressure from him and absolutely none of the usual non-sense of the car salesman having to run back and forth between the manager to see what kind of 'deal' he could make while keeping us waiting. When it got to a point that we were ready to mover forward with the purchase of the van Bill simply presented a very reasonable and up front price for the van. No silly games what-so-ever. I have absolutely no buyer's remorse and do not feel taken advantage of at all. Thanks for all your help Bill. More
