It took over 4 weeks to get an appointment. Then 1 week wait just to have my car looked at. Then another week to have a part delivered and then installed. Lack of communication when car is being serviced. It has taken 5 months to fix. I picked it up twice when they said it was fixed only to get home and realize it was not fixed. Dropped car off on a We It has taken 5 months to fix. I picked it up twice when they said it was fixed only to get home and realize it was not fixed. Dropped car off on a Wednesday they failed to call and tell me person who is fixing was out sick. Promised me the next day it would be done. The next day they did not return my calls. Friday finally told it was done. Got home- it was still broken! I have had numerous bad experiences with this service center. Billy was obnoxious and rude and yelled at me when i got angry after being told my car was fixed for the second time only to realize it wasn’t. He would not respond when i asked why didn’t they return my calls for two days! More
