Bill Terhorst assisted us. He was great! Bill was also the reason we returned to the dealership. He was assisting another customer so we were lucky to get Brittany Brandon to assist us. I knew exactly what I wanted. Brittany was quick and efficient in finding the exact car I was looking for. She was very delightful to talk to and I was very at ease during the test drive in spite of being nervous because I was going from a small car to a large SUV. She was not pushy at all but pointed out all the reasons the Pilot I wanted was an excellent choice. Even though we told Brittany that we were just looking because I didn’t need a new car and were just looking because I liked it, she was still very enthusiastic about helping us. We’ve been to many dealerships that the sales consultants are either very pushy or literally ignored us after we said we were just looking that we left within ten minutes of our arrival. Brittany was also very quick in returning my emails and texts when I needed assistance after I bought the car. She is GREAT!! I would highly recommend Brittany Brandon, and Valley HONDA! More

When I drove to the dealership there was plenty of inventory to chose from. My salesperson, Bill Terhorst , was very knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure he answered all of my questions. You get the sense Bill and his co-workers are professionals who want your repeat business and referrals. I think the volume the dealership does allows for a very efficient buying process. The service department was impressive. Hopefully, I will not need to see them often other than oil changes and routine maintenance. Overall, a good experience from someone who has always considered buying a car similar to getting teeth pulled. More
