In search for the missing link So I was looking for a Honda Accord for my 18 year old son. But not just any accord. A 2012 Sedan which had to be gray exterior, black interior and ha So I was looking for a Honda Accord for my 18 year old son. But not just any accord. A 2012 Sedan which had to be gray exterior, black interior and had to have a sun roof. Looked around everywhere. I did find some which were cheaper than others, but most had over 100K miles on them. Most were also being sold by small dealers. Then I came across our 2012 Accord EX-L with everything and much more from our list with only 70K miles. We thought it was too good to be true, so we took a drive to Valley Honda which is our closest Honda dealer. We were supposed to speak to Soham, but he was busy with a different client so he introduced us to Bill. What can I say, it couldn't have turned out any better. Bill could have brushed us off since we were not buying a new car, etc. However instead he treated us as if we were buying a brand new 30K Honda. He went over the car with us, explained everything that had been done to the car at the dealer. Showed us the Carfax report, etc. What can I say, I could have walked out since the sales manager did not agree on my offer. But how can I do that to Bill, besides we were off by a few hundred dollars. The car was impeccable, we still cant figure out who owned it as it looks as if it had come out of the production line the day before. Obviously Valley Honda's delivery team did an amazing job on it but still I have seen my shares of used cars and can tell which cars are family owned and which ones are not. Anyways, Bill helped us get the car and was there until I left happy. My son is beyond himself with his new car, all due to Bill's hard work, dedication and politeness. Now let's hope the folks at the service department are as good as Bill. More
