We had a complicated trade-in situation and weren't sure how to navigate through it. Bill was incredibly friendly, helpful and patient with us in going over all the purchase & lease options. He was very honest & strait-forward about what our options were. We ultimately left with our new Odyssey (the vehicle we wanted) feeling like we got a great deal and that we made a practical choice for our little family. Great to work with First of all, Bill was great to work with. We didn't have an appointment or anything, just stopped in on a Saturday. Bill seemed to be the next ass First of all, Bill was great to work with. We didn't have an appointment or anything, just stopped in on a Saturday. Bill seemed to be the next associate available, or was near by when we walked in. He was friendly, accommodating and responsive to our needs. After we tested or checked into a car or two, he was able to suggest others that fit into our needs and price range. As for the dealership, both my wife and I remarked at how well it seemed to function. There was a comfortable lounge to wait, a place for kids to play while we went through the process, and it simply seemed busier but more well organized than some of the other dealerships we had visited. I'd go back to Valley Honda and work with Bill again in the future. More
