Thanks to Bill Terhorst! We bought our 2017 Pilot form Bill. We first met Bill when we were looking for a used CRV in 2014. Though the price didn't work out, I had made up my We bought our 2017 Pilot form Bill. We first met Bill when we were looking for a used CRV in 2014. Though the price didn't work out, I had made up my mind to contact Bill when we are ready to buy our next car. In 2016 fall, we started looking for a new Pilot and Bill was the first one I contacted. Since the demand and prices were high for the 2017 model, we decided to wait for some more time. In April 2017, when the supply caught up with the demand, Bill let us know that the prices dropped and we ended up in buying our Pilot. He was very patient throughout the process, always gave us the time we needed and followed up, whenever the price dropped. Picking up the car was also a very easy and pleasant experience. He explained all the features of the car very well. I will definitely recommend him and I don't have to think again when we are looking for the next car. More
