Bill was extremely professional and his communication skills were outstanding. He kept us informed during the buying cycle which took a few months. We looked and test drove many different manufactures and decided on Valley Honda. Thanks to Bill, we were given a tour of the modern facility and were very impressed. On our final visit to close the deal, we were introduced to the Delivery Center where our truck was prepared and we received the vehicle orientation. Bill's knowledge of the truck and his personal touch helping with the blutooth link was greatly appreciated. I'm sure on our future purchase we will be giving Bill a call. More

I'm also picky about options and color, making it a bit tougher. I worked with Bill and we worked out a fair price (no buyers remorse like my last car). Valley didn't have the car I wanted in stock but Bill and his staff were able to locate just what I wanted and got it to me within a few days. Bill was very courteous and friendly throughout the process. He had answers for every question I had and gave a concise tutorial on the electronics and cars operation before I left. (Things have changed since 1998). Very happy with the service I got from Bill and Valley Honda. More
