Great Experience I decided back in June that I wanted to purchase a Honda Accord, but I waited until the 2015 model was available. I picked it up last Saturday and I absolutely love love the car! Bill was very helpful walking me through all of the features on the car and took his time explaining them. The car buying process was painless and Bill was easy to work with. Bill took me on a tour of the dealership and I was completely impressed on how clean and efficient this dealership is. The whole experience working with other people on the paperwork process was also easy. I would recommend Valley Honda to anyone looking for a new Honda.Overall it was a great experience and go see Bill!!!! More

Bill was friendly, knowledgable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure our experience was great. Case in point, we needed running boards installed the day of our purchase. Although we were originally told we would have to make an appointment to return a few days later (very inconvenient given the distance we drove) Bill worked with the service department to make certain our request was honored. That was an incredible gesture of how much Bill respects his customers and was willing to accommodate our schedule. We are a "Honda family" and are loyal to the brand because of the quality of their vehicles. Though we have two Honda dealers closer to our home, we make the drive and have purchased our last 3 vehicles from Valley Honda because of their superior customer service, competitive finance department, and overall impressive organization. Seriously, as a mom to a little one, can just give a shout out about the cleanliness of the showroom space, waiting areas, and bathrooms? Also the complimentary beverages in the super comfy waiting area is a pleasant perk. We asked for Bill's business card because we will definitely request him the next time we need to purchase a new Honda and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends. More
