My experience at Hawk Ford of Saint Charles was all positive, the sales staff are professional with no pressure. I went to four other dealers and experienced high sales tactics, pressure to buy what wa positive, the sales staff are professional with no pressure. I went to four other dealers and experienced high sales tactics, pressure to buy what was on the lot even though they didn't have what I was looking for. They showed me printed documents stating that the employee pricing was ending that day, not true. Hawk Ford didn't do any of that. I ended up ordering a transit van with every option I was looking for at a good price, even after finalizing the sale there wasn't any up sale for extended warranties of any kind. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. More
