Eric & Chris were very helpful. My 2020 Escape's transmission went out and I was still $10k upside down on the loan. I need a vehicle for work and for picking my son up from school My 2020 Escape's transmission went out and I was still $10k upside down on the loan. I need a vehicle for work and for picking my son up from school daily and needed a new and reliable vehicle within the day. I was able to get a 2026 Escape w a 135,000 mile warranty, so I won't run into this type of nightmare again. Eric & Chris did the best they could to help me not get totally screwed w my loan. For someone who makes $100k a year & has 720 credit, it is unfortunately a much higher monthly payment then I'd like, but that isn't really Ford's fault. They actually worked the numbers as best they could to make it a lot more affordable than the other dealerships I talked to that day. I also had brand new 19" rims & Pirelli zeros on my 2020 Escape that they not only allowed me to keep, but they put them onto the 2026 Escape for free and let me keep the stock rims/tires. More
