Bill was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous - something you don't find much in salespeople anymore. We found the car on the internet through the www.newtonnissan.com website and liked courteous - something you don't find much in salespeople anymore. We found the car on the internet through the www.newtonnissan.com website and liked Bill so much that we bought sight unseen, other than pictures on the internet, several states away. As the car was basically brand new and had a bumper to bumper warranty on it we had no qualms about buying online. Everything went according to plan the car arrived when it was scheduled, it fit the description and we were shown all the features by the delivery driver. I was raised at a car dealership with my father being a general manager for 25 years and since then I have yet to find one that feels like home, until now. Greg was extremely helpful and patient with me, my husband, and two small kids. Bill, the sales manager, went above and beyond to make the deal happen, and he did it with a win win type attitude. The last person we talked to was Rob, the finance director. He had the most patients with us. He went through the paper work extremely efficiently and quick, knowing my 3yr old and 5 yr old was at the fun time of day, nap time. If you are tired of the games and talking in circles, that you get at 99% of dealerships, than go to Newton Nissan. It is a different experience that will leave you feeling happy. And if you have ever bought a car you know that leaving a car dealership happy isn't at the top of the list of emotions. Thank you guys for everything and I can't wait to do it again soon!!! More
