Bill Wiler & Mike Bilbow were instrumental in getting us
initiated into the GM Bolt MSRP Swap program. Even though GM put us through the ringer with required documentation, pictures, and a lot of waiting,

We are delighted with our vehicle, and consider it a significant improvement over the original Bolt.
