Bill Wiler & Mike Bilbow were instrumental in getting us
initiated into the GM Bolt MSRP Swap program. Even though GM put us through the ringer with required documentation, pictures, and a lot of waiting,

Even though GM put us through the ringer with required documentation, pictures, and a lot of waiting, no information feedback, no encouragement, and dealing with GM personal that contradicted each other, Bill and Mike stuck with us through the entire ordeal. We are delighted with our vehicle, and consider it a significant improvement over the original Bolt.
We shall highly recommend Elkins Chevrolet, and both these gentlemen, to our family, friends, and acquaintances. We wish all Automobile dealerships offered this kind of experience.
