It is really hard to get more straightforward of a buying experience than that. I appreciated how friendly and inviting the staff was, how well Bill and I got along, even shared a joke or two with Lisa in Finance. More

They truly have a family owned feel to the dealership. Bill Wiles was my salesman and he was wonderful. I had a specific vehicle in mind when I went there and he made sure I got the one I wanted. Mike Bergholtz was working with the banks to get me financing and I really felt like he did his best to get me into the vehicle I wanted to be best possible price. Buying a vehicle can be very stressful but Bill and Mike make me feel very comfortable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend Elkins to anyone looking for a new car. As a 25 year old walking into a dealer requesting to buy a special edition Camaro is not typical but Bill did not pass any judgement and had no issues looking at the car and coming up with a deal. I would recommend buying a car from Bill anyone i know especially any type of hybrid or electric car in which he is very knowledgeable and knows all ins and outs of electric vehicles. Mike Bergholtz and Bill Wiler walked me through each form and explained exactly what each one was and answered any question i had. More

Bill is incredibly knowledgeable regarding electric vehicles and hybrids, and patiently explained the ins-and-outs of those cars. He also was beyond understanding with me, as this was my first car purchase in over 17 years. I would definitely work with him again. Mike gave me a highly detailed tutorial of the various features on the Bolt, answering every question I had with enthusiasm. Lisa and Bob also were incredibly friendly and courteous.
