Great parts and service I was having trouble with my truck and could not find the parts that I needed anywhere online or in auto stores anywhere. When I asked at the stores they had no answer at all, just a blank stare. My last resort was the dealership, which should have been my first and will be from this point on. I called Bill Wiler a salesman we just bought my wife's car from. ( awesome guy ) he pointed me in the parts and service center direction. Not only did they have the exact part I was looking for just from looking at a picture I sent but the service and time it took was awesome. My truck was back on the road and I had no worries when they were done with it. Elkins cheverolet is the real deal guys. I have received a warm welcome and awesome serivice every time I walk through the doors! More

Car leasing experience. I purchased my first SUV from Elkins in 2004. My second SUV was purchased at another dealership, only because they could not meet my timeline to find I purchased my first SUV from Elkins in 2004. They also service my children non Chevrolet vehicles. The Elkins Team is above and beyond all others that I have death with previously. Thanks for being a FIRST CLASS company. Looking for a new truck I am looking for a new truck and purchashed a vehicle from Elkins a few years ago and was very happy with them. After many calls and letters from Elk I am looking for a new truck and purchashed a vehicle from Elkins a few years ago and was very happy with them. After many calls and letters from Elkins promissing me top trade in for a buy I decided to go back. I was working on a deal with my salesman when my trade in offer came back. It was $2500 less then I was just offered somewhere else. I went in to see management to ask why and after a breif conversation with him he said "If you dont like it leave". After buying many cars over the years I was very insulted, I left and then came back 1 hour later to talk to his boss. I was told he was the boss and he then said to me " My last name is on the building and every car that we sell" After having words with him I left. NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THIS.. More
