I have no problems with the dealership or Bill Zivic. My concern is that I had to bring my undrivable brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee into the dealership 3 times before the problem was found. On the first My concern is that I had to bring my undrivable brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee into the dealership 3 times before the problem was found. On the first 2 visits , a front end alignment was completed and then the lane assist button was turned off. Both of those visits ended with me being told the computer is not signaling a problem. On the 3rd visit I asked that they drive the vehicle at 65 mph to understand the issue and also complete the recall while they have the car ( which was 6 days). It was not completed. They had to check it and order parts for another visit while I waited. I have never purchased a Jeep vehicle before. I have never had of these issues with a brand new car. I am hoping this is the last of the problems for the lease life of this vehicle. Thank you More
