Service was quick. I didn’t get an oil sticker with return mileage. I asked them to look and see what was causing my front washer not to spray. The advisor told me it was probably a clog and the techs weren’t experienced enough. Got home took me 10 seconds to find the leak and about a minute to fix it. More

We have purchased 3 vehicles from Subaru of Little Rock over last few years. When ever we have had a problem, they have been courteous and prompt to repair it. They are always forth right about the probl over last few years. When ever we have had a problem, they have been courteous and prompt to repair it. They are always forth right about the problems and costs, if any. Our first Subaru Outback had to have major service and they repair it on the warranty with no out of pocket costs to us. Our most recent purchase was a used Subaru for our daughter & family. Quazatar was helpful and answer any questions that came up, or found out the answer very promptly. We agreed on a price and some repairs I requested. Billly was friendly and explained any questions that came up and made the dreariest part of buying a car fun. The service department (did not get his name, but he was on it immediately) found one of the repairs turned out to be more extensive than originally agreed up and more costly. This was explained to us and we understood it probably was not going to happen. Subaru not only honored the agreement but over an above and we were not charged for the repair. I was not anticipating that. They went over and above and we were not charged. You just don't find that level of commitment and service anymore. If I am asked about where to buy a car, I will most definitely recommend Subaru of Little Rock. The staff and people there are outstanding. Thank you! C. Bond & M.Kangas More
