Vehicle purchased 2 months ago. Was told by advisor that the right front hub bearing out and 2 out of 4 tires were showing steel and other 2 below specs . And needs alignment. I understand when you buy a used vehicle it’s used but when blue certified it is supposed to be checked with a bit more caution for certification. Was told by used manager what do think we have to keep fixing vehicle after we sell it . It’s a used car he said parts break but really 2 months later after first payment this month of may I need to come of pocket . Fine I will replace all with new tires have it alligned and fixed . But buyer beware they have no conscience or compassion after being sold not even a discount. So with this being said it’s sad that I will never buy or trade in a vehicle here again due to being treated this way . Planet Ford do better. Thanks Chris More

My sales assistant was awesome (Zoey) she went above and beyond to help me make an educated decision. When I went and discussed with her manager, we had almost agreed on a number and it was conveyed to me a beyond to help me make an educated decision. This made me lose trust with the sales manager. The other big thing was when I took delivery of the vehicle my usb/usb-c didn’t work. Turns out a module was corrupted and I have been without my truck for over a week. More
