It's been a year, still satisfied! I realized the other day that it will be a year that i've owned my hyundai very soon. This was the first car and only car so far that i've bought from a dealership, and no complaints. The team at Hyundai were real easy to talk to about my many questions on buying a car and never once got impatient. I even got the pleasure of being a salesmens first sale, in reward i got to cut the tie he was wearing that day. Thats a pretty cool ritual. Thanks Hyundai of Asheville, see you soon for my one year scheduled maintenance! More

Very pleased with my experience at Hyundai of Asheville I bought a used vehicle here and something went wrong a few weeks after. Anticipated much better Sales/service I anticipated much better sales and service based on their reputation. We agreed on a purchase (placed a deposit) provided my mechanic did not find a I anticipated much better sales and service based on their reputation. We agreed on a purchase (placed a deposit) provided my mechanic did not find any defects and they were able to clean up/recondition as promised. My mechanic found the airbag system inoperative and the complete spare tire system missing, mounting bracket & all, plus there were some minor body repairs. They had purchased this auto at the auto auction. When these needs were noted to the salesman, he said that they would be taken care of. Over the course of FIVE weeks a different salesman would intermittently call me or I called him on the progress. Finally, It was ready, I was assured that all of the repairs were complete, I could come pick it up. Yes, the repairs were completed! When we arrived, the body repairs were made, the airbag light no longer stayed on, but they had to try to find a spare tire and the convertible top lock down wasn't repaired. Two significant items that we discussed on numerous occasions during the five weeks. I requested and received the return of my deposit. A round trip to the dealership was 80 miles. More

My New Hyundai Santa Fe Limited I just recently bought a new 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited from the guys at Hyundai of Asheville. I was greeted in the parking lot by Michael Whitmir I just recently bought a new 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited from the guys at Hyundai of Asheville. I was greeted in the parking lot by Michael Whitmire. He showed me everything I asked to see and we test drove 2 different models. He drove every car to me instead of me having to walk all over the lot to see the different ones. He took three cars and parked them side by side so I could compare them all. I was allowed to keep one of the cars overnight so that my husband could get a good look at it and drive it himself. They didnt have the color/model I wanted there on the lot but by the next day they had found me the exact car I was looking for. I was overjoyed that they found it so quickly and had it delivered to the dealership within 24 hours. I was treated so well by everyone that I worked with on this car purchase and I thought the customer service was excellent! When my husband and I showed up on Saturday to finalize the purchase ALL the paperwork was completed/ ready to sign and the car was detailed perfectly. We had 30 minutes of signing paperwork and we were out the door. I got a very thorough run through by Michael of all the features on my new car and a full tank of gas. This was probably one the easiest car purchases I have ever made. Thank you Michael Whitmire for ALL of your hard work/ knowledge and patience and thank you to Billy Hill, Ryan Nazionale and Shannon Hudson for everything you guys did to make this such a pleasant experience. I will definately be recommending you to any of my friends who might be in the market for a new car. More

Go to Hyundai of Asheville! I recently purchased a vehicle from Hyundai of Asheville and I must say that I had the best car buying experience ever. Justin Primm took the time to I recently purchased a vehicle from Hyundai of Asheville and I must say that I had the best car buying experience ever. Justin Primm took the time to find out what I wanted and needed in a vehicle and found me exactly what I was looking for. He also went to great lengths to go over every aspect of the car and answer all of my many questions which I really appreciated since I don't know much about cars. The dealership gave me a fair price for my trade and worked hard to get me a low interest rate. I am thankful for everyone there at Hyundai of Asheville and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. When you get there, ask for Justin Primm.......he is AWESOME!!!!! Justin Primm is incredible and very patient! Not only did we purchase 2 vehicles from him but when my son was in need for a car - we sent him to Justin! Considering this was his first car ~ he worked wi did we purchase 2 vehicles from him but when my son was in need for a car - we sent him to Justin! Considering this was his first car ~ he worked with him to find a suitable car for a 22 year old. And was very courteous and understanding of our sons needs. When we had issues with a vehicle ~ he worked diligently to get things taken care of to ensure our needs were met. Never once did he refuse to take our call and was always trying to find the right solution. We have never had a salesman work for us even after the sale. We just want to say a big THANK YOU JUSTIN!!! Such a joy working with you! We will be looking for another car in 3 years....see you soon! More

My experience with the 3 staff members mentioned was excellent! i spoke with Mary Ann upon arrival, she was pleasant down to earth, and thorough. I was unable o afford the vehicle I originally wanted but she was able to redirect me to a brand new vehicle that was within my budget and walked me through my process explaining the features and I was completely satisfied. I did not know I was eligible for a $500 rebate as a veteran and found out today and called her to let her know and she asked if I had the proper paper work for proof and is assisting me further (4 days after the purchase) due to the oversight, she is awesome!! Charles was friendly and eased my mind about financing and assured me that they would do the best they could to accomodate me, he fullfilled what he proposed!! And last but not least, BILLY the (WIZ) KID DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB SECURING ME A FINANCER, THAT EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!! This team of employees at this dealership deserve a standing ovation for OUTSTANDING customer service, they did a wonderful job!! More
