Billy Jr was very responsive, creative, and competitive when we were discussing the purchase price. Erin surprised me by going the extra mile to get a better financing rate than we had agreed to. Van spent tons of time with me educating me about operating the car and all the ins and outs of the systems. Hands down, I would recommend Kundert with the highest praise! More

Gary was great from the minute I called him for an appointment. He spent the whole morning with us showing my wife and myself numerous cars. Having Chip as a service advisor is a dream. He promptly updated me as to the problems that he found and time and cost of the work that my car needed. It would be hard not to be a loyal fan. Not only is Chip unusual for his earnestness and excellence, so too this service center for its zealous commitment to the customer and acting in good faith. Brian, the EXTRAordinary service manager, takes a long view in terms of business practices, and acts to cultivate a relationship with the customer, rather than make a killing in every transaction. Some of the work performed on my car, actually more than a little, did not show up on my bill. Brian's manager, Billy, took my car in and provided a loaner, without an appointment, and followed through on every detail I addressed. No dealership could compete with this one. I’m looking forward to returning. Even the physical setting is impressive. It feels like a high-end hotel. The waiting room feels like a comfortable living room. More

This was my second car purchase from Kundert Volvo, the first time was in 2002 (S60 T5). It was such a great experience then that when it was time to buy a new Volvo it was a no brainer. Working with Tony Calderon makes buying a new car easier than buying a pair of shoes. I know Tony now for about 10-15 years this is my fourth car I have purchased from him. I have convinced my husband that Tony will make car buying as easy as possible. Driving away in MY new S60 on Saturday put a big smile on my face and the best thing I have done this year.
