I came to Frankfort Toyota to test drive a new Highlander. I fell in love with it before I even got behind the wheel as Billy was telling me all the features of the vehicle. I came back from my te Highlander. I fell in love with it before I even got behind the wheel as Billy was telling me all the features of the vehicle. I came back from my test drive and the rest was history! The service Billy gave my husband and I was exceptional. One of the biggest things that stood out to me was that he wasn't your typical "pushy" salesman. He went above and beyond with everything from the time we drove onto the lot to after we finished signing papers. I would recommend Billy to anyone! This was truly the first time purchasing a vehicle that I didn't feel pushed, stressed or uncomfortable with my salesman. Thank you Billy and thank you Toyota in Frankfort for getting me into the perfect vehicle for my family! We will be coming back for all of our auto purchases! More
