We corresponded with salesman Billy O'Banion by email and phone prior to our visit to the dealership. Billy was very personable and professional and always focused on our needs and inquiries. Billy made the shopping and ultimately buying experience very pleasant and stress free. The other managers that we encountered during our purchase process were very accommodating, friendly, and professional. It was very clear that employees at this dealership place customer satisfaction as their top priority.
