By far my best car buying experience ever. He didn’t “sell” me he just showed me the car, answered all my questions and gave me the keys to go on a test drive on my own. No extras, price was actually lower than he originally quoted me and well below MSRP. 10/10 will come back for my next car. More

Billy was my sales person, he was a great listener, and took my families needs seriously. He answered my questions, and had a very thoughtful demeanor. There tech was impressive, and David, the concierge, was efficient in helping me use it to get my information in easily. Fred Faura, the GSM, sent me an email introducing himself, and saying if he could do anything for me, to just let him know. I have never had that level of service before. I felt like I was buying a Porsche, even though I was buying a Tiguan. :) Even Justin, in finance, was pleasant! I don't know why but Finance managers I've dealt with at other dealerships always seem so tense, or unhappy, but he was enjoyable and personable! Start at this dealership if you want a vehicle! They have risen the bar in every way for me in every way! Thank you all again for getting myself, my wife, and our 4 children in a new VW. More

We wanted to order a hybrid xc 60, met Billy Pierini when we went to the dealership. He could not have been more helpful in helping us figure out what we wanted, and getting the order done. Due to the pandem we went to the dealership. He could not have been more helpful in helping us figure out what we wanted, and getting the order done. Due to the pandemic, the process took longer than expected, but Billy monitored things and kept us informed during the wait. Once the car was here he was very thorough with prepping it, and getting the purchase process completed. He did an excellent demo of the car’s features and was able to answer all of our questions. We really appreciate Billy, and would recommend him without reservation. More
