Billy is a graduate of the NADA General Manager Academy. He grew up in Charlottesville, Virginia but his family roots are in Baltimore. Billy returned to his roots in 2004 when he was recruited by CCBC-Essex for Lacrosse. During his time here Billy became a two-time first team NJCAA All-America selection, was named as MVP in the 2004 NJCAA Championship Game after leading the Essex Knights to the title, and was named as Maryland Junior College Defensive Player of the Year in 2005. After playing with CCBC-Essex Billy transferred to Towson University where he played his final seasons of Lacrosse as a Towson Tiger. In 2017, Billy was inducted into the CCBC Lacrosse & the NJCAA Hall of Fame in 2023.

The staff at Annapolis Subaru made my lease turn in and re-lease experience beyond awesome. All my options were laid out within 15 minutes and I was able to complete what I thought to was going to be a hi re-lease experience beyond awesome. All my options were laid out within 15 minutes and I was able to complete what I thought to was going to be a high stress event with ease and a smile. They rocked it and I walked out 30 minutes later over the moon exited about my next three Outback years!!! Ask for Susan and you will be super happy! More

I have been extremely happy with this dealership. Billy, the general manager is super nice and helpful. Michelle, our sales person us amazing. We really appreciate the fact that she wasn’t pushy a Billy, the general manager is super nice and helpful. Michelle, our sales person us amazing. Chuck Celeste the associate that sold me my sparkly new cross trek was wonderful. He wasn’t pressuring me at all. I fell in love with the car all on my own. This wasn't what we were expecting when buying a new car. We had a really easy, enjoyable experience purchasing our new Forester. Most of the business was done via phone calls. The paperwork was completed We had a really easy, enjoyable experience purchasing our new Forester. Most of the business was done via phone calls. The paperwork was completed ahead of time and submitted via email. Our total time at the dealership was probably less than 2 hours before driving off. Helen was fun to deal with and very knowledgeable about our new car. Finance was a breeze and they had the best new car rates we were able to find. More
