Mark Brennon and Billy were both friendly and patient and got me to where I needed to be. They were professional and they seem to be a part of a larger culture that customer experience matters. Everyone seemed to say things like, "I'm going to check this number again. Do you need anything? Do you need more coffee?" It's a pleasure to do business with a company that makes you feel like a person rather than a number. Mark is serving our country in the US Marine Reserve. He is a smart and polite young man. I hope as you think about the future he has the opportunity to rise in your management team. When I finally bought the car Mark took it to detail and Rod Ayers, the sales manager, wandered over and we talked for 30 minutes. He just wanted to make sure everything had gone well. He and I got in a long conversation about how he leads his team. I will tell you he leads his team very well. And finally, let me say that I think the turbo Altima probably is going to get incredible mileage when I do all the highway driving I do for business. It's a good looking car. The upgraded wheels and the grey color look elegant. I personally think it's the most car for that money range on the market. Thanks for a great experience.
