I recently had my Jeep looked at on 8/15/25 and they confirmed a new sensor was needed and was under warranty. The part would be ordered and should be in within 5-10 days. After about 7 days went by, I confirmed a new sensor was needed and was under warranty. The part would be ordered and should be in within 5-10 days. After about 7 days went by, I contacted the service department to check on the status of the part. It has now been exactly one month and not a single person (including service manager and assistant service manager) will return my calls or texts for this part. This has been a terrible experience. I will not recommend them to anyone. More

Sales person Enrique was great, not to pushy on the purchase. When I purchased the Durango the halo was out and was told they would replace it. 3 weeks later still not fixed and they are giving me the purchase. When I purchased the Durango the halo was out and was told they would replace it. 3 weeks later still not fixed and they are giving me the run around. The push start was giving me issues, they ordered a new fuel pump and 3 weeks later they still haven't fixed it. Not a happy camper More
