Finally drove back to the dealership the next day to see when I could get my vehicle back(needed it for work), was able to learn from a different advisor that the part was in, but no techs available to make the repairs. Finally got my vehicle back 3 days later with zero apologies or concerns from Bishoy about his lack of communication, follow up and not returning any calls or messages. I will never work with Bishoy as my advisor again. I was finally assisted by Emily and David and they were both great to work with. More
